Private, individualized therapy for high-demand lives.
Discreet therapy for those in high-responsibility roles.
I am a licensed professional counselor specializing in work with military members, veterans, first responders, and individuals navigating high-demand, high-responsibility lives. My work is shaped by both clinical training with all six branches and nearly two decades of lived experience as an active duty military spouse, offering a perspective that is both informed and deeply attuned.
I understand that for many of my clients, the challenges they carry are not always visible or easily articulated. Roles that require strength, composure, and constant readiness often leave little room to process the personal cost. Therapy becomes a space where that weight can be set down—without judgment, without expectation.
My approach is thoughtful, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based modalities including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). Together, we focus on developing clarity, strengthening emotional resilience, and creating meaningful, sustainable change aligned with your values.
I maintain a limited client caseload to ensure each individual receives a high level of presence, attention, and care. Services are offered in a private, discreet setting, with an emphasis on confidentiality, trust, and individualized support.
This is not one-size-fits-all care. It is intentional, refined work designed to meet you where you are—with the depth, discretion, and respect you deserve.
Currently seeing clients in Washington, Texas, Wyoming, Colorado, Montana, Florida, and Hawaii.
